Test Engineer

Ensure Requirement Traceability to Test Cases and Defects - Develop Functional Test Cases ensuring its coverage - Execute Test cases and document the test evidenced in the tool - Ensure QA process adherence Testers/ QA Analyst (Functional) - Participate in Sprint Grooming / Backlog Refinement - Defect logging, retesting and closure - Maintain document repository of all test results and project level changes - Mentor junior resources in the team for process or application changes - Test Data preparation - Review test cases and defects - Participate in daily standups and progress discussions.
