- Able to write Test scenarios test case
- Able to do the Test case execution
- Understanding in Motor policy issuance (UW rule, endorsement)
- creation of daily status report
- Good communication confidence
- able to be logged defect take follow up with stakeholders
- Good knowledge of STLC process defect life cycle
- able to connect with dev team for defect triage
