About this role
Job Title / Role: Test Engineer - Engine dev
Department: Powertrain
Location:Hosur
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years
Role description:
1.Prepare test plan for Design verification.
2.Knowledge on IC parts and its function
3.Conduct daily meeting and maintain and tracking of daily work management (DWM)
4.Conduct benchmark of the competitors models and come up with the unique features
5.Prepare individual test report, Benchmark report and consolidated DVP report for various stages.
6. Doing basic engine calculation.
7.Understand the latest trends in Automobile and try to apply those feasible ideas in our product.
8. Skill set on vehicle instrumentation,data collection and Process raw test data to identify performance bottlenecks
9. Diagnose the root causes of engine anomalies or component failures and recommend hardware or calibration changes
