About this role
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Test Data Management, data engineering, or database development
- Strong SQL and solid understanding of relational database internals and referential integrity
- Hands-on with a TDM/masking tool Delphix, Informatica TDM, GenRocket, Broadcom/CA TDM, or similar
- Experience with data masking/de-identification and subsetting
- Handson development (Python / Java) and Scripting for automation (Python, shell, or similar)
- Clear communicator who can work directly with clients
- CI/CD and test automation exposure
Nice to Have
- Healthcare/payer data experience and HIPAA familiarity
- Cloud (Azure/AWS) and containerized deployment
- Exposure to synthetic data generation
