Job Title- Validation Engineer

Role: Developer

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Skill Requirements: 1. Strong understanding of

In‑Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems, system architecture, multimedia, connectivity (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, CarPlay, Android Auto), navigation, voice recognition, and ECU communication. 2. Automotive communication protocols (

CAN, LIN, Ethernet etc ). 3. Experience in

system‑level validation for infotainment features across multiple ECUs. 4. Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with customer teams, feature owners, architects, and developers. 5. Experience in

requirement clarification discussions, defect triage meetings , and feature readiness reviews. 6. Capability to handle customer escalations, provide immediate technical insights, and follow through on action items.

• Ability to coordinate daily testing activities and manage task priorities.
• Mentor junior engineers on HIL usage, automation scripting, and infotainment validation.
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and validation artifacts.
• Effort estimation, scheduling, and meeting test delivery timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support sprint planning, requirement grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: software development, systems engineering, HMI, connectivity teams, and suppliers.
• Communicate issues, risks, and progress clearly to leads and customers.
• Propose improvements for automation, test coverage, process optimization, and HIL utilization.
