Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated tests for software applications, ensuring high-quality products and efficient testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test automation frameworks, and execute automated tests.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated testing tools, scripts, and frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar test automation role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products

Other Qualifications

• Certification in test automation, such as Test Automation 3 - Expert, or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete
• Experience with agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
