Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced methodologies and tools. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies to create more predictive and intelligent approaches, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational quality goals. Collaboration across various teams to implement transformative solutions is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering a culture of excellence and forward-thinking in quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve test coverage and reliability.
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems to streamline testing workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
