Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals is a key aspect, alongside overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge testing products that elevate overall quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative testing frameworks and tools to enhance automation efficiency.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, Investment Banking, Java.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience in integrating automation tools within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable testing solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated test suites.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Selenium.
• The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
