Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software delivery pipelines.

Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new testing tools and techniques.

Ensure alignment of testing strategies with overall project and business objectives.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).

Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).

Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium.

Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure software quality.

Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Knowledge of scripting and programming concepts to enhance test automation frameworks.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
