Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and reduce cycle times.

Proficiency in Axway Specialized Tools.

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to test automation.

Experience in integrating testing tools with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Ability to analyze complex systems and design effective test strategies to ensure software quality.

Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices in software testing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within the testing domain.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Axway Specialized Tools.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
