As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing solutions, and ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of every project phase. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to optimize efficiency.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages and test automation tools.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation issues to maintain test reliability.
