The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and techniques to improve automation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test cases for various software applications.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
