This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing practices and to drive improvements in product quality and delivery efficiency.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the testing framework.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of testing strategies with overall project goals.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
