The role focuses on overseeing the entire quality engineering function with an emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions, while driving innovation in testing approaches and maintaining rigorous standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the testing framework.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing objectives with project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and testing tools relevant to data warehousing environments.
• Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate data transformations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages used in data validation and automation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality and ETL workflows.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
