The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages and test management tools to support automation efforts. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
