Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the development pipeline is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in quality assurance practices.

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing existing processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build automation capabilities and promote best practices within the team.
