The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to test automation.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
