About this role
We are looking for a skilled Test Architect to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in the testing process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on testing best practices.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and languages such as Java or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for software testing.
