Territory Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of technicians to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years' experience in dealership management or related field.
• Knowledge of Telugu language (spoken).
• Proven track record in customer service excellence with high levels of customer satisfaction.
