Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to manage the Ahmedabad and Vadodara markets. The candidate will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets, developing the distributor network, managing the sales team, increasing retail coverage, and driving strong market execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.

- Develop and manage the distributor network in the assigned territory.

- Manage and guide Sales Representatives (SRs) and Sales Officers (SOs).

- Increase retail coverage and market penetration.

- Appoint new retailers in uncovered markets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely order collection.

- Support distributors in expanding their market coverage.

- Drive product visibility and effective market execution.

- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

- Resolve distributor and market-related issues promptly.

- Expand business across towns, villages, and semi-urban markets.

Requirements

- Experience in FMCG sales and territory management preferred.

- Strong knowledge of distributor and retail sales.

- Good team handling and leadership skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
