Territory Sales Officer

Job Title: Territory Sales Officer (TSO) Company: RSPL Group Department: Sales Reports To: Area Sales Manager Experience Required: 46 Years (FMCG industry) Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)Job Purpose: To develop new markets in the assigned territory, achieve primary and secondary sales targets, and drive month-on-month growth in market coverage and business revenue.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle primary and secondary sales through continuous follow-up with retailers and distributors
• Appoint new distributors as per the annual marketing plan and business requirements
• Ensure timely submission of claims through regular coordination with distributors and retailers
• Handle and resolve grievances raised by distributors, Business Partners, or retailers promptly
• Develop new markets within the assigned territory by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets
• Ensure complete market coverage through regular market visits, including joint visits with the team

Key Relationships:

• Internal: RSM, GM, Marketing Team
• External: Retailers, Distributors, Stockists

Key Skills / Competencies:

• Must Have: Communication skills, negotiation skills, decision-making skills, strategic decision-making ability
• Good to Have: Exposure in FMCG

Education & Experience:

• Graduate; MBA preferred
• 46 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
