Territory Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective stock availability and distribution.
• Ensure regular market coverage and outlet visits as per the defined plan.
• Drive product visibility, availability and execution across retail outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the territory.
• Track sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely execution of company schemes, promotions and visibility initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners.
• Maintain regular reporting of market visits, sales and key business updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12th / Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG / OTC / Pharma sales.
• Good understanding of distributor and retail sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and market visits.
• Result-oriented with good execution and ownership.
