Role Description This full-time remote role of Territory Sales Officer – Cosmetics & Beauty General Trade focuses on driving sales growth and market penetration for D.K Industries hair color and Ayurvedic personal care range in designated territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general trade channels, appointing and nurturing distributors and retailers, and executing sales plans to meet volume and revenue targets. The role involves regular market visits (where applicable), tracking competitor activity, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with channel partners. The Territory Sales Officer will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, effective promotional activities, and accurate territory-level reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive targets, manage pipelines, and lead territory growth.
• Candidates should possess solid Distribution Management and Channel Sales skills to develop, manage, and optimize distributor and retailer networks.
• Candidates should possess Business acumen, including basic understanding of margins, pricing, and profitability within the FMCG or beauty and cosmetics sector.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care general trade markets is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, mobile reporting apps) for sales tracking and communication.
