Role Description The Territory Sales Officer – Beauty & Cosmetics General Trade is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales and market development for D.K Industries products within assigned territories. This role involves managing general trade channel partners, distributors, and retailers, ensuring product availability, visibility, and adherence to agreed terms. Daily activities include planning and executing sales visits (virtual and field-based as required), monitoring secondary sales, tracking competitor activity, and implementing promotional strategies. The Territory Sales Officer will collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, pricing, and promotional campaigns, prepare regular sales reports, and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders to achieve territory sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience achieving targets in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency in Distribution Management and Channel Sales, including handling general trade distributors and retailers.
• Solid understanding of Business development, territory planning, and market expansion strategies.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a remote setup with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Prior experience in hair care, herbal, or cosmetic products is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
