Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B lighting solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves building strategic relationships, managing large-scale projects, and delivering customized lighting solutions to corporate offices, IT parks, manufacturing units, and other enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Facility Managers, Procurement Heads, Architects, Consultants).
• Conduct site surveys and propose tailored lighting solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams for solution customization.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lighting or electrical solutions.
• Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and energy-efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and large-value projects.
