Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Acquisition & Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing dealers. Manage existing dealer relationships to maximize sales productivity, inventory turnover, and network profitability.
• Field Sales & Market Expansion: Drive primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned territory. Conduct regular market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify high-potential pockets for construction and agricultural machinery.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of field sales representatives and support teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Customer Experience: Serve as an escalation point for key accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery, timely machine delivery, and high customer satisfaction indices in coordination with service and spare parts teams.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with marketing, product training, and finance teams to implement promotional campaigns and resolve operational bottlenecks smoothly.
