Territory Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To identify potential clients, evaluate them and convert for building extensive Channel network in the assigned territory.
• Create awareness among the public about Agilus Diagnostics Ltd. services.
• Drive direct-to-consumer sales through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Coordinate with phlebotomists and frontdesk to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle patient queries efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and expand the retail client base (walk-in patients, local clinics, wellness programs etc).
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, health camps, and consumer awareness drives.
• Follow up on collections and payments from individual clients.
• Build strong relationships with local doctors and clinics to generate patient referrals.
• Achieve B2C sales and collection budgets for the designated territory.
• Implement consumer-focused sales promotion schemes.
• Support overall market development through effective consumer engagement initiatives.
