Territory Sales Manager

Sales & Business Development

- Drive branch sales targets for immigration services (PR, tourist visa, etc.).

- Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Generate new leads through partnerships, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.

- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.

Team Leadership & Management

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales consultants and support staff.

- Set individual and team sales KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Motivate the team to achieve targets while maintaining ethical sales practices.

Client Relationship Management

- Oversee client consultations to ensure accurate guidance and high service quality.

- Handle high-value or escalated cases and ensure client satisfaction.

- Build long-term relationships with clients, institutions, and partner agencies.

Operations & Compliance

- Ensure all immigration services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.

- Coordinate with case processing, documentation, and backend teams.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.

- Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management.

- Ensure timely collection of fees and adherence to billing procedures.

Marketing & Brand Representation

- Represent the company at seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.

- Support marketing campaigns and ensure brand standards are followed at the branch level.
