Territory Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers/distributors to expand market reach.
• Drive territory sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Understand technical product specifications, applications, and customer requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote tool machining and drilling solutions across targeted industries and customer segments.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Prepare and manage techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate effectively with customers and ensure timely order closure and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Production, Service, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to strengthen sales strategies.
• Maintain and update sales data, quotations, customer information, and reports in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong industrial sales and technical understanding.
• Good knowledge of industrial tools, machining, drilling, and related applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) and MS Excel.
• Strong customer relationship management and dealer/distributor development skills.
