Position: Clinic Sales & Ops Manager ( OPD Clinics / Healthcare/ HealthTech)
Location: 1. Lohardaga Territory (Base Location Lohardaga) & 2. Ranchi Territory ( Base Location_ Ranchi )
Locations to be Managed (Lohardaga Territory ):
To Supervise Sales & Ops of 6-7 clinics in Lohardaga, Karra, Palkot, Kuru, Sisai & Tamar.
Experience Required:
* 5 8 Years of experience in Regional / Field Sales & Operations from:
* Surgery
* Diagnostics
* Pathology
* Healthcare / Hospital Industry
Other Retail ( B2C ) industry
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Sales & Operations across 6-7 clinics within the assigned Territory.
* Drive business growth and operational excellence.
* Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Salary & Compensation:
* Best in the Industry (Salary is no bar).
* Based on experience and interview performance, selected candidates will be offered a decent hike on their last drawn salary.
Preference:
* Local candidates from the respective base locations only will be preferred.
