About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets for the assigned territory.
- Drive market development programs and increase market share.
- Appoint and manage distributors and stock points within the territory.
- Develop dealer and retailer networks under the appointed distributors.
- Ensure trade discipline, product mix delivery, and distribution-related metrics.
- Maintain market discipline, coverage norms, and administrative compliance.
- Build strong relationships with trade partners, influencers, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct negotiations and close business orders effectively.
- Prepare sales forecasts and track territory performance regularly.
- Execute territory mapping and ensure effective market coverage both directly and through channel partners.
- Train and mentor executive trainees to prepare them for future Territory Manager roles.
Experience & Qualification
- Experience: 4 to 10 years in Wires/FMEG Sales.
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
