• CSM: Up to 18 LPA Fixed

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales/business development for the assigned territory/cluster.
• Lead, motivate and manage a large sales team to achieve business targets.
• Responsible for customer acquisition, revenue generation and business growth.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs/channel partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies and processes.
• Track team productivity, collections and overall business performance.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching/support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of relevant sales experience
Current/strong experience in Affordable Housing / Housing Finance / Home Loans / HFC / NBFC
Candidates should have prior team-handling experience
Currently managing a team of 25+ members
Strong experience in sales & business development
Consistent track record of achieving sales/business targets
Candidates should have a consistent incentive-earning track record
Notice period up to 30 days preferred
Candidates from prime banking segment should not be prioritized
Age should be 40 years or below
