Job Description

Star Oreno LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to manage and develop our Punjab territory, based in Bathinda.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the assigned Punjab territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

• MBA graduate, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
• 2 years of min experience in sales, preferably in territory/channel sales.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Punjab market will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
