Territory Sales Manager

About the role:
We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who is willing to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and generating revenue by onboarding new apartment complexes and societies into NoBrokerHood by meeting with prospective clients in person and explaining the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Generate leads, conduct sales meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor territory performance, sales pipeline, collections, and customer retention.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service.
• Ensure timely order processing, product availability, delivery, and payment collection.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, promotional activities, and dealer meets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and performance updates for management.
• Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes.
