Territory Sales Manager - Water Treatment Chemicals

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across industrial segments.
• Manage relationships with key customers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
• Promote water treatment chemicals including RO, ETP/STP, boiler, cooling tower, and specialty chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and provide application-based technical solutions in coordination with the Technical team.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product trials, and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and drive order conversion and business closure.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, customer service, and payment collections.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, opportunities, and territory activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

Experience in water treatment chemicals / industrial water treatment / specialty chemicals
Strong B2B sales & business development skills
Good understanding of water treatment applications
Strong communication, negotiation & customer relationship skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
