Territory Sales Manager / Territory Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks and strengthen channel relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings and farmer engagement activities.
• Drive primary & secondary sales through effective territory planning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
• Develop strong relationships with dealers, farmers and key customers.
• Ensure timely sales reporting and effective coordination with internal teams.
• Travel extensively across the assigned territory for business development and customer visits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with relevant experience in Farm Implements, Agricultural Equipment, Tractors, Farm Machinery, or allied industries will be preferred.
• Candidates belonging to South Tamil Nadu or currently working in the South Tamil Nadu region will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong local market knowledge and dealer/customer network in the assigned territory will be preferred.
• Candidates with field sales experience in agricultural equipment/tractor-related products will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
