Territory Sales Manager-Super Speciality Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Interact with key clients and hospital stakeholders to clearly communicate the company's services, deliverables, and value proposition.
• Drive lead-to-business conversion through structured follow-ups
• Conduct direct sales calls and relationship-building meetings with super-specialty doctors, including Orthopedic Surgeons, Nephrologists, Oncologists, Hematologists, Neurologists, and Gastroenterologists.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the companys products and services to hospitals, physicians, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Monitor sales performance, identify early indicators of risks or opportunities, and take corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Contribute actively towards organizational growth by strengthening market presence, expanding key accounts, and improving team productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience in diagnostics/ pharma industry
• Strong Relationship Management skills with doctors, hospitals, and key healthcare stakeholders
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation
• Ability to analyze sales data and track performance metrics
