We are seeking a target-oriented and experienced Territory Sales Manager to manage sales activities within an assigned territory for our client's Sports Medicine division. The role will focus on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and staying informed about industry trends to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively throughout the designated territory to engage with customers and promote company products and services within the Sports Medicine and Orthopedic domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Sports Medicine and Orthopedic products.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective strategies for driving sales growth.
• Attend medical trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase company products and services.
• Maintain brand awareness within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitors' sales activities within the territory and adjust strategies accordingly.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Territory Sales Manager, preferably in Medical Devices, Orthopedics, or Sports Medicine.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
