Role Description The Territory Sales Manager – Security & Surveillance is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves managing and growing sales for Zebronics’ security and surveillance product range within the assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, developing channel partners, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retailers. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct regular market visits, track competitor activities, and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. Responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, supporting partners with training on security and surveillance solutions, and ensuring high standards of pre- and post-sales customer service. The role also requires preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, coordinating closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and service, and representing the brand at local events or trade activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive territory growth, achieve targets, and manage channel and key accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and deliver professional support to partners and end users.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to educate distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, and best-selling practices.
- Relevant experience in security and surveillance products, consumer electronics, or IT hardware sales within a regional or territory role is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting is preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory, work independently in the field, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is important.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is desirable; equivalent professional experience in sales may also be considered.
