Territory Sales Manager - Motor Insurance

Job Summary

Drive new and renewal motor insurance business through the Dealer Channel in the assigned region, ensuring process adherence, performance monitoring, and seamless customer service.

Role & responsibilities

• Grow motor insurance business via dealership engagement
• Communicate and manage dealership targets & reviews
• Conduct regular dealer visits to streamline operations
• Ensure compliant solicitation via monthly audits
• Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions
• Monitor 64VB pendency & premium collections
• Conduct dealer manpower training and monitor staffing
• Track business share across dealerships and region
• Drive implementation of Head Office initiatives
• Ensure regulatory and process compliance at dealerships

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA from a reputed institute
• 2-10 years of experience, ideally in channel sales
• Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
• Stable career background with solid MS Excel proficiency
• Willingness to travel extensively
• The candidate shall be open to relocate as this is a transferable job.
