Territory Sales Manager gold loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Undertake competition mapping and update central product team on competition product propositions 
2.  Plan and execution of promotional BTL activity in branch catchment area to create visibility. 
3. Monitor and review lead conversion from each activity. Recruitment of Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
4.  Ensure productivity of Sales Managers and Sales Officers
5.  Maintain Cost of acquisition within norms
6.  To achieve branch direct sales targets (disbursement and book outstanding)
7.  Building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business.
8.  Keep track of collection and recovery and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limit

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in gold loan industry or related field sales role.
• Strong knowledge of gold appraisal techniques and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and drive the team
