Territory Sales Manager(CGA)(Cement additives)

Objective of the role

Development of CGA business in Southern region as per targeted and agreed annual budget.

Key Areas of Responsibility

ESSENTIAL

• Exploring the opportunity to identify the potential customer, customer need identification and helping the Cement manufactures with their objectives by offering right and customized solutions
• Sustaining the business by maintaining high professional relationship with all level of organizational power map
• Support to technical team for plant and lab trials at customer plants. In absence of technical team carry out plant and lab trial to fulfil customer trials objectives
• Fulfil objective of targeted Gross margins and collections targets
• Planning and formulating result oriented Sales strategies and converting them into generating business

SECONDARY

• Closely observe the product performance, optimize the dosing and process parameters on regular basis to get the best outcomes and if needed define the customers expectation and helping the technical team for product modification to meet that need
• Do extensive research regularly on competition launches and activities to mould strategies, offerings, and upgrade of existing products
• Presentation and seminars at clines place in view of product awareness and product usages ease
• Follow-up for collection of taxation related forms
• Building strategies for CRM
