About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute BTL activities and community awareness camps to generate quality leads.
Mobilize and gather people at camp locations through local influence and community engagement to maximize participation and drive on-the-spot sales.
Handle FOS teams for pre-camp door-to-door activities to generate awareness, mobilize prospects, and ensure maximum camp participation.
Leverage strong local presence and geography knowledge to identify high-potential locations for camp execution.
Develop technical product understanding to confidently explain Solar PV systems, PMSGY scheme benefits, and recommend the right customer solution.
Understand customer requirements, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain accurate CRM updates.
