Position: Area Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview Lead sales operations within an assigned territory, drive revenue growth, manage Sales Executives, achieve regional targets, and expand NoBroker's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales and revenue targets.
• Develop territory-specific sales strategies.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Build customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Promote premium plans and value-added services.
• Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
• Track KPIs, CRM updates, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 36 years of Sales/Business Development experience with 12 years of team handling.
• Preferred experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or B2C Sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, CRM, and analytical skills.
