About the Role:

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth in assigned Territory, with strong experience in B2C retail sales and dealer/distributor management. Background in building material products (tiles, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, hardware, etc.) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory
• Appoint and manage dealers/distributors; grow the network
• Drive retail (B2C) sales through showrooms and retail counters
• Conduct market visits, dealer meets, and product promotions
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and sales performance
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection

Requirements:

• 4+ years in B2C retail sales
• Proven dealer/distributor (channel) sales experience
• Building material industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory
