Territory Sales Manager/ ASM - Urology or Any Medical Devices - Mumbai

,Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Urology or any Medical devices Consumables within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Urology Surgeons, OT Teams, and Hospital Stakeholders.
• Provide product support and ensure regular hospital coverage.
• Manage territory performance, customer engagement, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with hospital teams and support clinical requirements when needed.
• Comfortable working and spending time in the Operation Theatre (OT) environment.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Urology Consumables, or Capital Equipment Sales.
• Candidates with experience in Medical Devices, Capital Equipment, Surgical Devices, or other relevant medical device segments who are interested in transitioning into Urology Consumables are also encouraged to apply. .
• Strong exposure to Hospital / Clinical Sales.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling surgeon interactions and hospital-based sales.
• Ability to manage territory and achieve business goals.
