- Operations & Signal: Manage IRD/VC inventory, channel mapping/LCNs, and conduct piracy checks.
- CRM & Partnerships: Visit LCOs/DPOs to build strong relations and handle basic connectivity troubleshooting.
- Sales Growth: Upsell TV, DTH, Broadband, and Watcho/OYC products to increase subscriber base and lower churn.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
