Territory Sales Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as pre-sales, customer success, and product development to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales in the EdTech/eLearning industry.
• MBA Fresher or recent graduate from a reputable institution (preferred).
• Strong understanding of b2b sales principles, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
