Territory Sales Incharge

Role & responsibilities:

• Network expansion, correction & channel management strategies for each product, town category.
• Ensure timely submission and settlement of channel claims.
• Ensure outstanding payments are collected within the defined timelines.
• Plan and achieve annual budget & collection.
• New product launches & range selling in all the markets.
• GTM for each territory covering Trade Partners.
• Continuously Monitor & Improve Channel Partner Health Dealer, Distributor.
• Top 50 retailers of the assigned area to be catered directly.
• Plan to maximize reach in all town categories.
• Sales activation plan, BTL activities including CP meets & brand positioning
• Ensure Stock liquidation and min. stock levels as per sales forecasting.
• Competition Analysis, analytics for forecasting and new product development.
• Responsible for taking constant feedback from market & preparing monthly MIS.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong local market experience is mandatory.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Switches/Switchgear industry and market trends.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Candidate must be dynamic with a go-getter attitude and the ability to adapt with changing market scenario.
