Territory Sales Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets across Tiruchirappalli and surrounding districts.
• Manage and develop business through channel partners, distributors, dealers, panel builders and system integrators.
• Drive demand generation for Schneider Electric products and solutions in residencial, commercial, and utility segments.
• Identify, track, and convert project opportunities through consultants, contractors, end users, and government organizations.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to enhance market share.
• Support channel partners with business planning, lead generation, and order closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, service, and technical support to ensure seamless project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Any Equivalent
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales within Electrical, Automation, Energy Management, Industrial Automation, Power Distribution, or related industries.
• Proven experience in territory management and channel sales.
• Strong network with industries in Trichy, Karur, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai and surrounding districts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
